User aliases does not work

Short description

I was trying to do visit new user by alias, for example https://ifmo.su/dyadyaJora, but I've got 404 error.

Expected behaviour

I expected that user profile will open

Actual behaviour

I saw 404

P.S. Temporary removed dyadyaJora alias to allow user visit his profile by id. Need to research bug, and debug alias creation.
