Source code highlighting missed on Windows

Short description

I was trying to open an article with source code inside

Expected behaviour

I expected that code will be highlighted like in macOS

Actual behaviour

I saw that code is black as coffee.

Steps to reproduce

On [Windows + Chrome, Windows + Opera]

1. Open article with source code
2. See that code is not highlighted

On [Windows + Tor Browser]

1. Open article with source code
2. See that code is highlighted
3. Reload page
4. See that code is not highlighted
5. Now it is not highlighted for ever 😱

On which platforms did you notice this

This issue annoys me on [Windows 7, Chrome + Opera + partially Tor Browser].

Аналогично на рабочем компьютере. Windows 7 + Chrome. Код сразу черно-белый. Плагины браузера, модифицирующие JS код, отсутствуют.
