Fail to compile in CentOS Stream 9

Fail to compile in CentOS Stream 9 when update to the latest kernel.
kernel version: kernel-headers-x86_64-5.14.0-437.el9
Error info:

I found the function pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting is removed in kernel.
