Rust support

Hi,

Nice project.

I was looking for a simple alternative to use Rust in react-native, so far, this seems the most clean.

I checked your packages, there is a ferric-cli and ferric-example, does this mean, if one install ferric-cli as devDep, you can essentially add Rust code into a react-native app / lib with @napi-rs clean api?
