Feature request: preserve bold and italics

If possible, it would be great if LaTeX kit preserve bold and italics from the source text by surrounding the relevant passages with \textbf{} and italicized text with \textit{} in the output. Sorry I can't put together a pull request myself; my programming skills are not to be trusted.

Unfortunately my time is very limited at the moment for LatexKit :(

PS It could be a nice student project... 😉🙃 by the way an improved UI and UX would be welcome as well 😁

I don't teach the kind of courses where on might assign that kind of project, but I'll let my student know you're open to help. You may regret this :-P
