projectile-find-file-in-known-projects cache can not clear

projectile-invalidate-cache only worked in current project, find in all known projects not work.

Steps to reproduce the problem

any project, when file has been removed.

I believe I'm also getting this error. I'll start emacs and open a known project and the find file in project dialogue does not show all the files in the project, new files are just not there. The way I fix it is to delete the cache files in ~/.emacs.d/.local/cache/projectile/ and restart emacs. When the bug happens, if I simply open a file that can be found, such as README.org and then run find-file-in-project all the correct files show. Also, whenever I clear the cache files there are always 2 cache files for each project both with different modified dates.
