Feature Request: Add possibility to specify insert position #683

It would be great to specify the insert position in the ContainerConfiguration, like you can specify the group.
I think, this can be pretty implemented quite easily: simply pass the information to ExtensionManagementUtility::addTcaSelectItem()'s relativeToField and relativePosition arguments when calling Registry::configureContainer()
