Include link to offending packages settings page #134
Description
It would be a nice addition, I think, that if a notification was thrown by a specific package, to have the package name in the notifications title bar (or maybe the title bar itself) be a link to that packages settings page in settings view.
This would be useful, for example, in the case of an error, for fast access to disabling a package that is not working or the ability get straight to the 'view code' option in order to investigate a potential cause.
