To disabled debug log ACUVITY_DEBUG must be unset

In docs it says:
You can also enable a default debug logger by setting an environment variable ACUVITY_DEBUG to true

In reality anything that is set to ACUVITY_DEBUG will enable the debug logger ('FALSE', false, 0) to disable it, it needs to be unset.

I would either reflect that in doc or enhance the verifications
