Ubuntu-24.04-arm runners isn't started

The ubuntu-24.04-arm image doesn't start. GitHub reports internal errors.

The job was not acquired by Runner of type hosted even after multiple attempts

Expected behavior
A stable environment that runs Ubuntu ARM images.

I also have a repository and pipeline checking for all images provided by GitHub.

It only effects Ubuntu ARM images. Windows 11 ARM is running.

After waiting some time, I get this:

Noticed this issue today on pragtical code editor repo when generating binaries for ARM64, this was reported on Sep 4 and sadly the runners are still down. Hope they are restored back since cross-compiling is more complicated and arm64 usage is becoming more popular on non-smartphone devices.
