Boost.Serialization is needed #21
Description
We have plans to add support for serializing Boost graphs and for that need "serialization" added to the list of Boost libraries.
- add this dependency to the
package.pyhere - notify FNAL s/w ecosystem folks of the change to make sure their Boost includes it
