How to uninstall component?

I installed the wrong version of VCRun (2019 instead of 2022) but now it wont let me install the right one as it says 2019 is installed.

How do i fix?
Really the program should have at that point an option to uninstall one and install the other.

Run uninstaller & uninstall VC and delete line "vcrun2019" from $PREFIX/winetricks.log
Or run "/usr/bin/winetricks --force vcrun2022". This is clearly stated in the error message.
