A contributing guide for the whole foundation repository, We really want to encourage feedback but also want people to see that as a positive thing. It means people care enough to engage. Eg. a guide on how to give feedback and in what way it's expected, it can be a good counter to the concept of "bikeshedding". As feedback given in a non-constructive way can feel like a personal criticism when a lot of time and effort has been put into something
Eg. If we want to encourage pull requests for people to make suggestive changes rather than discuss it on discourse.
