Run Gothic II: Gold Remaster

Has anyone managed to get the graphics mod Gothic II: Gold Remaster to work? When I try to start a new game with it I get kicked right back to the main menu.

With the Linux version 1.0.2509:

Opengothic works without the mod and Gothic 2 itself works with the mod.

I was able to get the "Gold Remaster" mod running using the latest commit from MR #555.

I needed to tweak the Remaster.ini file a bit to get it running under Linux:
-Game=Content\Gothic
-FightAI=Content\Fight
+Game=Gothic
+FightAI=Fight

Great... Now I really consider starting a run with OpenGothic ;)

I don't know how you managed that. For me the same build crashes spectacularly with hundreds of buffer underflow errors.
