Add a screen width threshold for newline after nick

Configurable, probably. This is for horizontally challenged screens like mobile phones. At some point, the time and nick take up half the screen and below that is blank screen real estate that could be filled with text. Being in this "time/nick on separate line" mode when below a minimum width will help a number of issues and make toxic more usable on mobile.
