The problem with the assembly is only for the simulator. (Assembly with --disableProvisioningProfiles)

I am reporting an issue in existing functionality that does not work as intended
I've searched for existing GitHub issues

Description

I try to generate project for simulator only.

I used from docs command to generate Project and it works:
python3 build-system/Make/Make.py
--cacheDir="$HOME/telegram-bazel-cache"
generateProject
--configurationPath=build-system/template_minimal_development_configuration.json
--xcodeManagedCodesigning

But when I try to generate Project only for simulator I always get response like this:
