Add instructions after adding levels for various things

Could we add a message to every level submission to remind people to tag their level with the game style and how many cps it has?
that is something that everyone can immediately add and it would help a lot with having the levels have the right tags

This can probably be easily done by editing the default strings. Things we can suggest

• Instructions on adding game style tags
• Instructions on adding videos.
• Also comment that a level with clear video and tags will probably get approved faster
• Some documentation / guide on setting up an account to twitter to submit their clear videos?
