Additional achievements #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Can we have some kind of achievements?
I could imagine following:
- Clearing Levels give you achievements: 100-500-...
- Clear with highest rating (maybe you would need more than one clear) could give you one
- Number of clear for certain game styles.
These achievements might be displayed next to the username as some kind of symbol. So other players could see what kind of skill level and preferenced the other player has.

Describe the solution you'd like
We've been thinking about this. I think we may have the databases in place, but we might want to make it customisable between the teams. So possible types might be
- Clear points
- Num of level clears
- Percentage of total score
- Rankings
- Maker ranks
- Min difficulty clear
- apply tags modifier to the criteria? Ex: clear points on a certain tag
