Request: TanStack Devtools Integration

Could we please get an out-of-the-box integration with TanStack Devtools? It would be great to have ability to inspect stores and store changes for all manually created stores (perhaps configurable at the store level so internal stores dont clutter the devtool panel).

A well thought out, out-of-the-box panel would be great too.

This is planned, although the devtools might not be embedded into the store package itself to not increase the bundle size. It will probably require you to set up subscriptions to the devtools yourself
