Add default page served at ssi-service endpoint

When you load up the ssi-service it is normal to hit up localhost:8080 out of curiosity. Sadly it is empty. I think it could have perhaps some links to the docs and the swagger stuff (and perhaps have some explanatory material).

Perhaps an SVG that is clickable like

to guide people.
