Dear PanExplorer Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to upload eukaryotic genome files in FASTA format to the PanExplorer website. Unfortunately, I have been unable to successfully upload any of the eight different genome files (fasta) I attempted to submit. Please also note that the Gff files have uploaded successfully.
Here are the details of the problem:
Error Messages:
o After the upload process reaches 100%, I receive various error messages, including “syntax error,” “unknown error,” and “file not supported.”
o These errors prevent me from completing the genome submission process.
Screenshots:
o I have attached screenshots for your reference. These screenshots capture the error messages and the steps I followed during the upload process.
o Please find the attached files named “Error I.png” and “Error II.png.”
Attempts Made:
o Despite trying with different genome files, I consistently encountered the same errors.
o I have followed the guidelines provided on the website, but unfortunately, none of my attempts were successful.
System Information:
o Operating System: Windows 11
o Browser Used: Chrome
Request for Assistance: I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please investigate the problem and provide guidance on how to successfully upload eukaryotic genome files to PanExplorer?
