fix the newline issue from incoming messages on the esp32 16x2 lcd display #8
Description
as shown in the image below, newlines are not displayed properly on the esp32 16x2 lcd display.
ideally, we should modify the incoming message on the esp32 itself so it is displayed as
hello this is a newline
rather than
hello\nthis is a newline (note the \n would cause the weird character to display)
