rg-tabs should support custom tag mounting as well

rg-tabs is supporting text and .html files now. It would be better if it supports custom tags as well. OR does it already handles the issue?

Would it be better to just use transclusion/nested tags for the tabs? Defining view content in the js doesn't feel right.
