Pagination is broken on the event definition page - you are unable to navigate beyond the first page of event definitions.
It looks like this bug was introduced in #40983 via the changes to frontend/src/scenes/data-management/events/eventDefinitionsTableLogic.ts, specifically in urlToAction.
It looks like what happens is that PaginationControl manages the page state, but immediately after page=2 gets set, urlToAction in eventDefinitionsTableLogic resets the filters rather than navigating to the next page of results.
