Properties of ontology terms

Just a quick follow up to the description of the IC50 example resulting from the ontology hackathon. In Brussels, we discussed that it would be good if the "IC50 generated by a hill model" would have a property "value" and "unit" corresponding to the data type "quantity" of the JSON schema. Since the original term from BAO probably doesn't have such properties, how could this be added to the eNM ontology term? Different but related: How can we add a good human readable description.
