Restructure Wiki home page to better handle guidance to new users #25
Description
As discussed at GA meeting the Wiki home page should be the key starting point for a new user to get information on how to get started with setting up an ORN VRE or integrating their tools/services into a VRE.
Currently the home page is reasonably well structures for this, but is incomplete and partially out of date.
Suggestion is to restructure this page to identify the key aspects that a user will need, and to use VRE deployment as an first example to go into in depth.
