dependency error "amazonaws server error 403" -> opencomputer.pom

I tried to compile the newest verison of OpenPeripheral and get a server error 403 -> opencomputer.pom

I would like to get the version for 1.8.X for a modpack but when I try to compile the 1.8.X version manually, i get a git command error in the build.gradle with openmodslib
