[Feature] Update DataNvim to version 0.11.x

It's been some months since Neovim released its 0.11 version, with some huge updates regarding the LSP API and much other changes (see https://neovim.io/doc/user/news-0.11.html) for changelog.

We should update DataNvim to work with the new breaking changes.
