Include prediction in comment when editing comment #3992
Description
When editing your own comment, show checkbox for "Include my prediction at the time".
It behaves as if you had checked the "include your current forecast in this comment" checkbox when initially writing your comment.
If you didn't have a (non-withdrawn) prediction when the comment was initially posted, don't show the checkbox.
