Header missed in widget if API and popup is selected in Embed code #1784

Will be nice and useful if in the second scenario where widget is set to be opened as pop and API visibility can add the headers to the showed widget.
Steps to reproduce the widget showed that miss the header for close or reduce the chat:
- open Embed code new https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/system/htmlcodebeta
- At Widget embed/click mode select popup
- As Widget position select API
- Be sure to select / check "Check for operator invitation messages. If you are planning to send messages to online visitors manually you can check this." In the previous screenshot I forget to check it to enable this
- Copy the embed code and paste in a testing page, I use https://htmledit.squarefree.com/
- Go to the online visitor page and send an invitation selecting the option to Open full widget for the visitor
Send the message and check.
In Firefox, Opera pop up are blocked and is good that LHC show also a widget but is missing the header for close or minimize the widget chat
