[frontend] don't force users to go to a specific date based on selected config

Follow-up to https://github.com/InferenceMAX/inferencemax-app/pull/51

With the changes in the above PR, users are forced to go to the latest day with run data for a specific model. This is poor UI/UX and doesn't work as intended as shown below.

We should get rid of "automatically trying to direct user to latest date" feature. Instead, simply make a "copy" of the "Latest Run" button (as shown in below image) and place it next to the "Run Date" dropdown for easier accessiblity.
