Publish the Protégé plugin on Maven Central?

Unless I missed something, the Protégé plugin version of Whelk is currently not available on Maven Central, it is only distributed as an artefact on the GitHub release page.

Having the plugin on Maven Central would allow it to be bundled with the default distribution of Protégé, alongside the reasoners that are already there (such as Elk and HermiT).
