Add support for DevPost's Table Numbering System

DevPost rolled out a new table numbering system in which you can add table numbers directly in DevPost

We could incorporate this into DevGet, by adding a new field in the message passed btwn get_submission_data.js and background.js to indicate the assigned table number.
