Unclosed quote in External Operation hangs remote console

For example...
IONDownloader.exe --destinationFolder "C:\Program Files\openMIC\Downloads\<DeviceFolderName>\"

In this case, the backslash at the end of the path escapes the quote and causes the quoted path to be unclosed. This seems to cause the entire remote console of openMIC to hang indefinitely.
