Implement New Design

Implement new design provided by designer, per http://clients.perrygarvin.com/annotorious. This assumes we will be using http://foundation.zurb.com/.

Attempted to use zurb-foundation & foundation-rails to install foundation CSS & JS files, but hit issues with Compass & Sass dependencies, specifically not finding a sass/script/node file. It seems as though we need specific versions of compass-rails and sass-rails to get this working, but instead I propose we try to include the CSS and JS foundation files directly without messing with a gem.

My understanding is that "compass install foundation" needs to be run to install the foundation files, but this could not be run.

It sounds like we're not going to pursue retrofitting AnnotationStudio with these designs. @AndrewMagliozzi can you confirm? If so, we can probably close this ticket.
