Align main tabs with penpot design

Describe the bug

Currently the main tabs do not look exactly like the trufos penpot design. We should make the necessary adjustments so that it looks as close to the design as possible.

Here are the major differences that we should fix:

• The text color for inactive tabs should not be white, but instead should be colored with the secondary color
• When hovering over a tab, the pointer cursor should be used
• The text on the active tab should not be bold
• Instead of Params, the tab should be named Parameters
• Currently the text in the Params tab does not mention the count of active parameters. We should implement it similar to the headers tab, so that it shows the count of active params

To Reproduce

1. Start trufos and look at the main top bar
2. Compare it to the penpot design

Expected behavior

The implementation should look like the penpot design.
