What does this PR do?
The docs for the Windows Service integration were updated with three new metrics and made mention of version 7.74 of the Datadog Agent, which hasn't been released yet. (When it's released, the new metrics will be available.) This PR removes the metrics table and the mention of 7.74 for now, with the expectation that we will revert the docs change in a future PR when the new version of the Agent is released.
