Add NetApp device type

What does this PR do?

Adds device metadata to the NetApp SNMP profile with a type of "storage", referenced from this doc: https://docs.datadoghq.com/network_monitoring/devices/profiles/#metadata-definition-by-profile

Motivation

I'd like to have this device type classified using the default netapp.yaml profile, instead of extending it with my own.
