Invalid merchant ID

Hi There,

We integrated payment gateway using this github coding - https://github.com/CyberSource/cybersource-flex-samples-php/tree/master and tested transaction using our sandbox account.

But our transaction responded with error message - https://prnt.sc/GS-Z97MvXC3o to know more details about error message. We logged into NAB gateway test portal and checked. Seems merchant id is invalid as per screenshot - https://prnt.sc/zAL82mDpoT2B

We used exact merchant ID in 'ExternalConfiguration.php' file. Can you please guide us to debug this issue and make the transaction success.

Is your merchantID for testing or production? Make sure the $this->runEnv is the correct.

Thanks for the checking on this issue.

In response to your query, we have used both accounts (i.e) testing and production,

If we use test merchant id means, we set 'runEnv' as 'apitest.cybersource.com' whereas if we use production merchant id means, we set 'runEnv' as 'api.cybersource.com' but for these both cases, response will be same issue such as 'General error' as per screenshot - https://prnt.sc/GS-Z97MvXC3o

For live account we don't have access in NAB portal but for sandbox we have access and got this screenshot issue - https://prnt.sc/zAL82mDpoT2B for corresponding transaction.
