Windows agent doesn't respond to /healthcheck properly

Out of the box, attempting to run the windows.agent.exe, any requests to /healthcheck return 500.

Windows can't run:
cmd := exec.Command("sh", "-c", name)

Thanks for reporting this. Any suggestions on how you would want to tackle this? Generally the expectation is for this to be on Linux or simliar but on Windows maybe we can either do sh.exe or we could maybe switch to Powershell?

On Windows, you could do exec.Command("cmd", "/C", name) instead. You'd have to put in checks for OS, and probably change the default health check command, because the current default won't work on Windows either.
