Add support for consortia in PubMed networks #106
Description
Often times an author who is part of a consortium is involved in a paper. Such authors tend to be included under a separate Collaborators subheading. It would be useful if the investigators listed under this subheading were parsed and included in the network. Note, that this information can only be retrieved from PubMed xml files and not eUtils.
