Change default sizes of nodes in chart visual style

When applying the chart visual style, nodes that are below a certain size threshold contain charts that are extremely difficult to interpret - the charts embedded in nodes can barely be seen. If the default minimum size was set to the size threshold it would make networks with a chart visual style easier to interpret.
