Links for Hikey 620 recovery files not found

I wish to use the recovery procedure for my HiKey 620 board. However, the links here to the various recovery files cannot be found.

Where can these files be located?

These builds were on the snapshots server and I think they get automatically deleted if there have been no CI builds within a certain time window.

Historically it has been fixed by kicking the associated CI jobs until they generate a new binary. I remember this being done but I don't know how to do it (@hzhuang1 might) since, beyond the occasional bug fix, I have never been involved in the code or the docs for these boards.
